    • What is the cancellation policy?

    The Cue+ Complete and Cue+ Essential Membership fees are charged monthly for one year. Your annual Cue+ Complete or Cue+ Essential Membership will not automatically renew. When your current membership term ends, you can enroll in the new monthly Cue+ membership. The new Cue+ Membership subscription is billed monthly (30 days) and you may cancel at any time in the Cue Health Application, or by sending an email to customer support at support@cuehealth.com.

    *Disclaimers:

    Exclusions may apply with 20% discount. For the purposes of Cue+, “one month” is defined as 30 calendar days. Your payment for the monthly subscription will automatically renew at the end of the applicable 30-day subscription period, unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the then-current subscription period. The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current 30-day subscription period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods. Subscriptions can be canceled in the app or at any time by emailing support@cue.me.

    Cue Care UTI treatment services are only available to females from ages 18 to 65.
