About Cue’s COVID-19 test:

Cue is the first compact, portable molecular self-testing system authorized by the FDA for use at home or on the go, without a prescription.

Cue’s molecular COVID-19 test is a nucleic acid amplification test (NAAT), designed to detect the genetic material in SARS-CoV-2.

Highly accurate and sensitive, it can detect small amounts of virus, including all known variants of concern, even if you’re not having symptoms.

Results are delivered in just 20 minutes, right to your mobile device — anytime, anywhere.

Safe for use on adults (self-swabbing) and children ages 2 and up (swabbed by an adult).

About the Cue Reader:

The Cue Reader is an elegantly designed, automated processor of test results and is used with Cue tests (sold separately) and the Cue Health App.

Once the Cue Wand with the nasal sample is inserted into the pre-heated Cue Test Cartridge, the Cue Reader will process the test and communicate the result directly to the Cue Health App on your mobile device via Bluetooth®. No mixing of fluids required!

Each Cue Reader can process one test at a time, but up to 6 Cue Readers can be connected to the same Cue Health account for running multiple tests simultaneously.

The Cue Reader is compatible with all Cue tests, including future offerings.

Are membership fees charged monthly or annually?

Cue+ Membership fees are charged monthly for one year.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cue+™ Memberships offer customers a significant discount on Cue products and services and therefore require a twelve (12) month commitment, billed monthly, without the option to cancel until after the first year. This commitment allows you to benefit from regular testing and health services and helps us offer these same services and savings to more people. Remember, your Cue+ Membership covers everyone in your family so one subscription can have considerable value over the 12-month period.

Can I downgrade my membership?

Currently, Cue+™ Complete Membership cannot be downgraded during the first twelve (12) month term of membership. This is because of the considerable discount offered to members at the start of the membership period. We are currently working on a solution for conveniently shifting membership tiers at the end of the 12-month commitment.
