Does Cue offer treatment for a UTI if my test is positive?
To get started, you’ll need a positive UTI test result and the Cue Health App.
You will need the Cue Health App on a mobile device to use Cue Care to talk with a healthcare provider. To download the Cue Health App, go to the App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.
The process is as follows:
- Open Cue Health App, navigate to the “Get Treatment” section, and select UTI Treatment for Women.
- Select “yes” that you have tested positive for UTI, then fill in the date when you tested positive.
- Take and upload a photo of the positive test result with a government-issued photo ID side by side.
- Fill out location and personal information, select a pharmacy, and choose your pick-up or delivery option.
- Complete the intake interview (questionnaire)
- Speak to a healthcare provider over video and discuss your treatment plan.

Medication will be delivered to you or available for pick-up the same day, if prescribed.
Same-day delivery for prescription orders received before 4pm Monday through Friday or 12pm Saturday through Sunday (local time zones). Orders placed after these times will be delivered the next day. Some exceptions may apply, depending on location and medication availability. Same-day delivery is not offered on the following holidays: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
